Barbell Weightlifting Complex
Description
The barbell weightlifting complex links several Olympic-style lifts into one continuous flow without dropping the bar. A typical complex might include a deadlift, hang clean, front squat, and push press. The complex builds explosive strength, conditioning, and Olympic lifting skill all at once.
