- Stand tall with feet hip width apart and arms crossed over the chest.
- Brace the core and keep the chest tall.
- Lift one straight leg forward and up to about hip height.
- Aim to keep the leg straight without losing posture.
- Lower the leg back to the floor with control.
- Repeat with the opposite leg.
- Maintain the crossed arms throughout the set.
- Continue alternating leg kicks for the full duration.
