  1. Stand with feet slightly wider than shoulder-width.
  2. Point the toes slightly out.
  3. Squat down as deep as possible with feet flat.
  4. Bring your hands together in front of your chest in a prayer position.
  5. Press the elbows against the inside of your knees.
  6. Use the elbows to push the knees wider apart.
  7. Sit tall in the deep squat with the chest up.
  8. Hold the pose and breathe deeply then come back up.
