Garland Pose Malasana Instructions
- Stand with feet slightly wider than shoulder-width.
- Point the toes slightly out.
- Squat down as deep as possible with feet flat.
- Bring your hands together in front of your chest in a prayer position.
- Press the elbows against the inside of your knees.
- Use the elbows to push the knees wider apart.
- Sit tall in the deep squat with the chest up.
- Hold the pose and breathe deeply then come back up.
