Equipment Required

Kettlebell Swing Clean Grip Front Squat Overhead Press Instructions

  1. Hold two kettlebells between your feet.
  2. Hinge and clean the bells to the front rack position at your shoulders.
  3. From the rack, descend into a full front squat.
  4. Drive up to standing.
  5. Press both bells overhead until your arms are locked out.
  6. Lower the bells back to the front rack.
  7. Hinge and swing the bells back between your legs.
  8. Repeat the full sequence as one rep.
