  2. Hold a dumbbell with both hands at chest height.
  3. Lean back slightly and lift the feet off the floor.
  4. Brace your core hard.
  5. Twist the torso to bring the dumbbell to one side.
  6. As you twist tuck the knees in toward the chest.
  7. Twist back through center extending the legs out.
  8. Twist to the other side and tuck the knees again.
