  1. Set two cables at chest height with single handles.
  2. Drop into a half kneeling position between the cables.
  3. Grip one handle behind in one hand and the other in front.
  4. Brace your core hard with the torso upright.
  5. Press the front handle forward to extension.
  6. At the same time pull the back handle to the body.
  7. Squeeze the chest forward and back at end range.
  8. Reverse to the start with control. Complete reps and switch.
