Band Upright Shoulder Ext Rot Instructions

  1. Grip a resistance band with both hands at chest height.
  2. Set the elbows at ninety degrees with forearms forward.
  3. Pin the elbows to the sides of the body.
  4. Brace your core and keep the chest up.
  5. Rotate the forearms outward by pulling the band apart.
  6. Squeeze the rear delts and rotator cuff at the wide position.
  7. Hold briefly at the top.
  8. Return with control to the start.
