Suspender Shoulder External Rotation
Description
The suspender shoulder external rotation is a rotator cuff drill done with TRX handles. The lifter grips the handles with elbows pinned and rotates the forearms outward. The TRX provides bodyweight loading. It builds the rotator cuff and shoulder health.

TRX Shoulder Ext Rotation Instructions
- Set the suspension trainer at chest height.
- Grip the handles with both hands.
- Step back so the body angles back slightly.
- Pin the elbows to the sides at ninety degrees.
- Brace your core and keep the chest up.
- Rotate the forearms outward.
- Keep the elbows tucked tight.
- Return with control to the start.
