Bottle Weighted Bent Over Reverse Fly Instructions

  1. Hold a filled water bottle in each hand.
  2. Hinge forward at the hips with the back flat.
  3. Set the arms hanging straight down with a slight elbow bend.
  4. Brace the core and keep the chest up.
  5. Pull the hands out to the sides in a fly motion.
  6. Squeeze the rear delts hard at the top.
  7. Return with control to the start.
  8. Continue for the working set.
