Barbell One Arm Snatch
Description
The barbell one arm snatch is a single-arm Olympic-style lift where you bring a barbell from the floor to overhead in one continuous motion using one hand. The unusual loading creates strong rotational and lateral stability demands while building explosive total body power. It is rare but excellent for athletic development.
