Hack One Leg Calf Raise Instructions
- Set up in a hack squat machine with the pads on the shoulders.
- Place one foot on the platform with the heel hanging off.
- Lift the other leg off the platform.
- Brace your core and keep the working leg straight.
- Lower the heel below the platform for a stretch.
- Press up onto the ball of the foot to a full calf raise.
- Squeeze the calf hard at the top.
- Finish all reps then switch sides.
