  1. Hold an EZ curl bar with a reverse grip palms down.
  2. Stand with the feet hip width apart.
  3. Hold the bar in front of the thighs.
  4. Brace your core and keep the chest up.
  5. Let the bar hang down with the wrists relaxed.
  6. Curl the wrists up by lifting the back of the hands.
  7. Squeeze the forearms hard at the top.
  8. Lower with control to the start.
