Description
The cable standing wrist reverse curl is performed standing facing a low cable with an overhand grip on a short bar. By extending the wrists upward against the cable, you train the forearm extensors directly with constant cable tension. It builds the back of the forearm for full arm thickness.

- Set a cable to the lowest pulley with a short bar attachment.
- Stand facing the cable station with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Grip the bar with palms facing down (overhand grip), shoulder-width apart.
- Step back slightly to create cable tension.
- Brace your core and pin your elbows against your sides.
- Lower the bar by extending your wrists down toward the floor.
- Curl the bar back up by extending your wrists upward.
- Squeeze the forearm extensors at the top, then lower with control.
