Decline Sit Up and Russian Twist Instructions
- Set up on a decline bench and hook the feet under the pads.
- Cross the arms over the chest or hold a light weight at the chest.
- Brace the core and lower the torso back to the bench.
- Curl up by flexing the abs and bringing the chest toward the knees.
- At the top of the sit up, rotate the torso to one side.
- Rotate to the other side.
- Return to center and lower back down with control.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
