  1. Stand tall with feet wider than shoulder width.
  2. Brace your core lightly and keep the chest tall.
  3. Set the arms relaxed at the sides.
  4. Begin rotating the torso to one side.
  5. Let the arms swing freely with the rotation.
  6. Allow the back hip to release as the torso turns.
  7. Rotate back through center to the other side.
  8. Continue alternating rotations with smooth flow.
