Standing Reach Up Back Rotation Stretch Instructions

  1. Stand tall with the feet shoulder width apart.
  2. Brace the core and keep the chest up.
  3. Reach one arm straight up overhead.
  4. Rotate the torso slowly toward the working side.
  5. Continue rotating until the chest faces back.
  6. Hold the rotated position briefly.
  7. Return to center and switch sides.
  8. Continue alternating for the working set.
