Standing Reach Up Back Rotation Stretch Instructions
- Stand tall with the feet shoulder width apart.
- Brace the core and keep the chest up.
- Reach one arm straight up overhead.
- Rotate the torso slowly toward the working side.
- Continue rotating until the chest faces back.
- Hold the rotated position briefly.
- Return to center and switch sides.
- Continue alternating for the working set.
