  1. Set a cable to the lowest setting with a single handle.
  2. Kneel on one knee in front of the cable stack.
  3. Grip the handle with the hand opposite the kneeling leg.
  4. Lean forward and let the cable pull the arm extended.
  5. Brace your core and keep the chest tall.
  6. Pinch the shoulder blade down.
  7. Pull the handle back driving the elbow past the body.
  8. Squeeze the lat hard. Lower with control. Switch sides.
