Description
The suspension trainer power pull is a single-arm row variation performed on TRX with a rotation component. The lifter grips one handle and rotates the body open while pulling the handle hard. The rotation adds rotational core work to the row pattern.

Suspension Trainer Power Pull Instructions
- Set the suspension trainer at chest height.
- Grip one handle with one hand.
- Lean back so the body is at an angle with arm extended.
- Brace your core and keep the body in a straight line.
- Pull the handle to the side of the chest while rotating the body open.
- Reach the free hand toward the anchor as you rotate.
- Squeeze the lat hard at the top.
- Lower back to the start with control. Complete reps and switch sides.
