Description

- Stand tall with feet hip-width apart.
- Brace your core lightly.
- Extend both arms straight out to the sides at shoulder height.
- Fling the arms across the chest hugging yourself.
- Open the arms back out to the sides quickly.
- Continue alternating closed and open arms.
- Keep the cadence steady and the shoulders relaxed.
- Continue the flinging pattern for the working time.
