Standing Arms Flinging Instructions

  1. Stand tall with feet hip-width apart.
  2. Brace your core lightly.
  3. Extend both arms straight out to the sides at shoulder height.
  4. Fling the arms across the chest hugging yourself.
  5. Open the arms back out to the sides quickly.
  6. Continue alternating closed and open arms.
  7. Keep the cadence steady and the shoulders relaxed.
  8. Continue the flinging pattern for the working time.
