Description
The bottle weighted upright row uses weighted bottles or jugs to load a standing upright row. The bottles travel close to the body up to chest height with the elbows leading the motion. It is a great at-home shoulder builder.

Bottle Weighted Upright Row Instructions
- Stand tall holding a weighted bottle in each hand at the front of your thighs.
- Set your feet at hip-width and brace your core.
- Keep the bottles close to your body.
- Pull the bottles straight up the front of the body.
- Lead with the elbows above the hands.
- Stop when the bottles reach chest height.
- Pause briefly and squeeze the side delts.
- Lower with control to the start.
