Description

Bottle Weighted Upright Row Instructions

  1. Stand tall holding a weighted bottle in each hand at the front of your thighs.
  2. Set your feet at hip-width and brace your core.
  3. Keep the bottles close to your body.
  4. Pull the bottles straight up the front of the body.
  5. Lead with the elbows above the hands.
  6. Stop when the bottles reach chest height.
  7. Pause briefly and squeeze the side delts.
  8. Lower with control to the start.
