Description
The kettlebell single arm sit up is a Turkish get-up style move where a kettlebell is held locked out overhead with one arm during a full sit-up. The combination challenges the core to work through a sit-up while the shoulder stabilizes the kettlebell overhead.

- Lie flat on the floor with knees bent and feet flat.
- Hold a kettlebell in one hand pressed straight overhead.
- Lock the elbow and pin the bicep close to your ear.
- Brace your core and keep the kettlebell stable.
- Sit up while keeping the kettlebell locked overhead.
- Reach a fully upright seated position with the arm still up.
- Lower with control back to the floor while keeping the arm vertical.
- Complete reps before switching arms.
