BW Wall Supported Military Press Instructions

  1. Place the hands on the floor near a wall.
  2. Kick up into a handstand with the heels touching the wall.
  3. Set the hands shoulder width apart.
  4. Brace your core and keep the body straight.
  5. Lower the body by bending the elbows.
  6. Stop just above the floor with the head near the hands.
  7. Press back up to lockout.
  8. Continue for the working set.
