  1. Stand sideways to a wall with one shoulder close to it.
  2. Place the inside hand on the wall at hip height.
  3. Brace the core and keep the shoulder relaxed.
  4. Slide the hand up the wall toward the ceiling.
  5. Continue tracing the arm overhead and back behind you.
  6. Bring the hand all the way down behind your hip.
  7. Reverse the motion to come back to the start.
  8. Repeat for all reps then switch sides.
