  1. Stand facing a wall with the forearms pressed against it.
  2. Loop a light resistance band around the wrists.
  3. Set the elbows at ninety degrees against the wall.
  4. Brace your core and keep the band tight.
  5. Slide the forearms up the wall.
  6. Maintain band tension throughout the slide.
  7. Reach overhead with the arms straight.
  8. Lower with control to the start.
