- Set an incline bench inside a smith machine.
- Lie back with the bar above your face.
- Grip the bar with a shoulder-width overhand grip.
- Brace your core and keep your back flat.
- Lift the bar straight up in a front-raise arc.
- Continue until your arms are straight overhead.
- Squeeze the front delts hard at the top.
- Lower the bar back down with control.
