  1. Set an incline bench inside a smith machine.
  2. Lie back with the bar above your face.
  3. Grip the bar with a shoulder-width overhand grip.
  4. Brace your core and keep your back flat.
  5. Lift the bar straight up in a front-raise arc.
  6. Continue until your arms are straight overhead.
  7. Squeeze the front delts hard at the top.
  8. Lower the bar back down with control.
