Lever Crossovers

Description

The lever crossovers, also called pec deck crossovers, are performed on a leverage machine designed for chest fly movements. The fixed motion path eliminates form variability while the machine resistance provides constant tension. It builds chest size with strong peak contraction and reduced setup time.
