Description
The foam roll serratus wall slide is a scapular activation drill. Rolling a foam roller up a wall with the forearms while reaching overhead trains the serratus anterior to upwardly rotate the shoulder blades through a long range.

Foam Roll Serratus Wall Slide Instructions
- Stand facing a wall with a foam roller pressed vertically against it.
- Place both forearms on the roller with the elbows bent.
- Brace the core and keep the chest up.
- Roll the foam roller up the wall by reaching the arms overhead.
- Press the arms forward to upwardly rotate the shoulder blades.
- Reach up as far as possible with the elbows close.
- Roll the foam roller back down with control.
- Continue for the working set.
