  1. Lie on the back with the knees bent and feet flat.
  2. Reach the arms straight overhead on the floor.
  3. Brace your core and keep the chest up.
  4. Sit up by curling the torso forward.
  5. Reach the arms forward and up as you sit up.
  6. Bring the chest toward the knees at the top.
  7. Lower with control back to the start.
  8. Reach the arms back overhead.
