Description
The suspension trainer mountain climber is a TRX cardio core drill. The lifter places the feet in foot cradles and from a plank rapidly drives the knees toward the chest in alternating mountain climbers. The suspended feet add instability and a brutal core challenge.

- Set the suspension trainer foot cradles low.
- Place the feet in the foot cradles facing down.
- Set the hands on the floor under the shoulders in a plank.
- Brace your core hard and keep the body in a straight line.
- Drive one knee toward the chest.
- Extend that leg back and drive the other knee toward the chest.
- Continue the alternating climber pattern at speed.
- Keep the hips low and the core braced.
