Suspender Jump Squat
Description
The suspender jump squat uses suspension straps gripped overhead while performing plyometric jump squats. The straps provide light assistance through the bottom of the squat and during the jump, allowing taller jumps and more reps than freestanding jump squats. It is a strong choice for power development.
