Step Up on Chair Instructions
- Place a sturdy chair against a wall for stability.
- Stand facing the chair.
- Step your right foot onto the chair seat.
- Drive through your right foot to step up. Stand fully on the chair.
- Step back down with your left foot leading.
- Complete reps on one side, then switch.
- Ensure the chair is stable and will not tip. Use a wall for the chair back.
- Aim for 10 to 15 reps per leg.
