Step Up on Chair Instructions

  1. Place a sturdy chair against a wall for stability.
  2. Stand facing the chair.
  3. Step your right foot onto the chair seat.
  4. Drive through your right foot to step up. Stand fully on the chair.
  5. Step back down with your left foot leading.
  6. Complete reps on one side, then switch.
  7. Ensure the chair is stable and will not tip. Use a wall for the chair back.
  8. Aim for 10 to 15 reps per leg.
