- Stand on one foot near a wall or rail.
- Hold the wall or rail for balance support.
- Lift the other foot off the floor by bending the knee.
- Brace the core and keep the chest up.
- Allow the heel to drop slightly toward the floor.
- Press up onto the toes by raising the heel.
- Squeeze the calf hard at the top.
- Lower with control and continue for all reps then switch.
