- Sit on the floor with legs extended in front.
- Bend one leg and tuck the foot against the inner thigh of the other.
- Set the extended leg straight with toes pointing up.
- Brace your core and keep the spine tall.
- Reach forward and grab the toes of the extended leg.
- Pull the toes back toward the body.
- Hold the stretch with steady breath.
- Release. Switch legs and repeat.
