Suspender Single Leg Squat

Suspender Single Leg Squat

Description

The suspender single leg squat uses a TRX or suspension trainer to provide light hand support during a single leg pistol squat. The straps help with balance and assist on the way up if needed. It is one of the best progressions toward an unassisted pistol squat.
