Bodyweight Step Up on Stepbox Instructions

  1. Stand facing a sturdy step box or low platform.
  2. Place one foot fully flat on top of the box.
  3. Drive through the front heel to step up onto the box.
  4. Stand tall with both feet on the box at the top.
  5. Step the same foot back down to the floor.
  6. Step the other foot down to return to the start.
  7. Repeat with the opposite leg leading the next step up.
  8. Continue alternating sides for the full set.
