- Stand facing a sturdy step box or low platform.
- Place one foot fully flat on top of the box.
- Drive through the front heel to step up onto the box.
- Stand tall with both feet on the box at the top.
- Step the same foot back down to the floor.
- Step the other foot down to return to the start.
- Repeat with the opposite leg leading the next step up.
- Continue alternating sides for the full set.
