Description
The oblique V up on the floor is a side lying ab exercise. From the side, you lift the torso and legs together to form a V shape that hammers the obliques.
Equipment Required
Oblique V Up on Floor Instructions
- Lie on your side with the legs extended and stacked.
- Place the bottom arm on the floor for support.
- Place the top hand behind the head.
- Brace the core and squeeze the obliques.
- Lift the torso and legs at the same time toward each other.
- Form a V shape with the body at the top.
- Squeeze the obliques hard at the top.
- Lower back down with control and repeat for all reps then switch sides.
