Description
The lying alternate toe touch on the floor is a bodyweight ab move. Lying on the back, you raise opposite arm and leg to meet at the top, alternating sides for a crossing crunch pattern.

- Lie flat on your back with arms and legs extended.
- Brace the core and press the lower back to the floor.
- Lift one leg and the opposite arm at the same time.
- Reach the hand toward the lifted foot at the top of the rep.
- Squeeze the abs and obliques.
- Lower the arm and leg back to the floor with control.
- Repeat on the other side.
- Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
