  1. Lie flat on your back with arms and legs extended.
  2. Brace the core and press the lower back to the floor.
  3. Lift one leg and the opposite arm at the same time.
  4. Reach the hand toward the lifted foot at the top of the rep.
  5. Squeeze the abs and obliques.
  6. Lower the arm and leg back to the floor with control.
  7. Repeat on the other side.
  8. Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
