- Lie flat on your back with both legs straight up toward the ceiling.
- Place your hands at your sides or under your hips for support.
- Brace the core and press the lower back into the floor.
- Slowly lower one leg toward the floor while keeping it straight.
- Lightly tap the heel to the floor without losing core engagement.
- Lift the leg back to vertical with control.
- Repeat with the opposite leg.
- Continue alternating taps for the full set.
