Cable Kneeling Twist
Description
The cable kneeling twist is performed in a tall kneeling position holding a cable handle. By rotating the torso while gripping the cable, you train rotational core strength with constant tension. The kneeling position eliminates leg drive and isolates the core through the rotation.
Equipment Required

- Set a cable to chest height with a single handle.
- Kneel sideways to the cable station with both knees on the floor.
