Lever Kneeling Twist
Description
The lever kneeling twist uses a plate-loaded or selectorized torso rotation machine while kneeling. The kneeling base eliminates lower body involvement and forces the obliques to do all the work. The machine path keeps the rotation precise, allowing focused oblique loading.
