  1. Set a sturdy bar at chest height.
  2. Kneel on the floor under the bar.
  3. Reach up and grip the bar with an underhand chin up grip.
  4. Set the body in a straight line from knees to head.
  5. Brace your core and pinch the shoulder blades.
  6. Pull the chest up toward the bar using the legs to assist.
  7. Slide the knees along the floor as you pull up.
  8. Lower back down with control to the start.
