Description

The lever reverse t bar row is a T-bar row machine variation performed with palms facing up in an underhand grip. The chest pad supports the torso and the underhand grip biases the lower lats and biceps. It is excellent for back thickness and arm work.

Lever Reverse T Bar Row Instructions

  1. Lie face down on the lever T-bar row machine.
  2. Plant your feet on the platform and pin your chest to the pad.
  3. Grip the handles with palms facing up in an underhand grip.
  4. Let your arms hang straight down.
  5. Brace your core and keep your hips planted.
  6. Row the handles up toward your hips by driving the elbows back.
  7. Squeeze the lats and biceps at the top of the row.
  8. Lower with control until arms are straight.
