- Set up on a chest supported T bar machine.
- Loop a resistance band around the bar handle.
- Anchor the band low on the machine.
- Lie face down on the pad with chest supported.
- Grip the handles with both hands.
- Brace your core and pinch the shoulder blades.
- Pull the handles up to the lower ribs.
- Squeeze the lats hard at the top. Lower with control.
