  1. Lie face down on the lever T-bar row machine with chest on the pad.
  2. Plant your feet on the foot platform and pin your hips down.
  3. Grip the handles with palms facing each other.
  4. Brace your core and let your arms hang down fully.
  5. Row the handles toward your ribs by driving the elbows back.
  6. Squeeze the upper back hard at the top of the row.
  7. Lower with control until arms are straight again.
  8. Keep your chest pinned to the pad throughout.
