  1. Grip parallel handles at shoulder width with palms facing each other.
  2. Hang from the handles with arms fully extended.
  3. Brace your core and keep the body straight.
  4. Pull the chest up toward the handles.
  5. Drive the elbows down and back.
  6. Squeeze the lats and biceps at the top.
  7. Lower with control to a full hang.
  8. Continue for the working set.
