Barbell Standing Ab Rollout

Barbell Standing Ab Rollout

Description

The barbell standing ab rollout uses a barbell with weight plates rolling on the floor like an ab wheel. From a standing position, you bend forward and roll the bar away from your feet, then pull it back. The standing position is significantly harder than the kneeling rollout and demands extreme core and lat strength.
