  1. Set the suspension trainer at chest height.
  2. Grip the handles with palms facing each other.
  3. Stand facing away from the anchor.
  4. Brace your core and keep the chest up.
  5. Lean forward and let the handles roll forward.
  6. Extend the arms overhead as the body rolls forward.
  7. Lower toward parallel with the floor.
  8. Pull back to standing using the abs and lats.
