- Set the suspension trainer at chest height.
- Grip the handles with palms facing each other.
- Stand facing away from the anchor.
- Brace your core and keep the chest up.
- Lean forward and let the handles roll forward.
- Extend the arms overhead as the body rolls forward.
- Lower toward parallel with the floor.
- Pull back to standing using the abs and lats.
