Description
The kneeling shoulder tap push up combines a kneeling push up with a shoulder tap. The lifter performs a push up from the knees and taps the opposite shoulder with one hand at the top. The shoulder tap adds anti-rotation core demand.

Kneeling Shoulder Tap Push Up Instructions
- Begin in a high plank position from the knees.
- Set the hands under the shoulders and the body in a straight line.
- Brace your core hard.
- Lower the chest toward the floor by bending the elbows.
- Press back up to lockout.
- At the top lift one hand and tap the opposite shoulder.
- Place the hand back down.
- Repeat with the other hand on the next rep.
