Kneeling Shoulder Tap Push Up Instructions

  1. Begin in a high plank position from the knees.
  2. Set the hands under the shoulders and the body in a straight line.
  3. Brace your core hard.
  4. Lower the chest toward the floor by bending the elbows.
  5. Press back up to lockout.
  6. At the top lift one hand and tap the opposite shoulder.
  7. Place the hand back down.
  8. Repeat with the other hand on the next rep.
