Description

The hand spring wrist curl uses a spring-loaded hand grip device. The hand repeatedly closes against the spring tension and opens, training the finger flexors and wrist muscles. It is excellent for grip endurance and forearm size, and it is portable enough to use anywhere.

Hand Spring Wrist Curl Instructions

  1. Hold a hand spring grip device in one hand.
  2. Wrap your fingers around the moving handle.
  3. Position the fixed handle against the heel of your palm.
  4. Brace your forearm and keep it relaxed.
  5. Squeeze the device closed by closing your fingers.
  6. Continue until the handles touch.
  7. Slowly release the squeeze to open back to start.
  8. Maintain the same forearm position throughout. Complete reps on one side before switching.
