Description
The cable one arm wrist curl is performed kneeling at a low cable station with a single handle. With the forearm braced on a bench and the cable handle in hand, you curl by flexing only the wrist. The cable tension and bench support combine for strict single-arm forearm flexor work.

- Set a cable to the lowest pulley with a single handle.
- Kneel beside a flat bench with the cable in front of you.
- Drape your right forearm over the bench top with palm facing up.
- Grip the cable handle with your right hand and let your wrist hang off the bench.
- Brace your core.
- Lower your wrist by extending it down toward the floor.
- Curl the cable up by flexing your wrist.
- Squeeze your forearm at the top, then lower with control. Switch arms.
