Description

Cable One Arm Wrist Curl Instructions

  1. Set a cable to the lowest pulley with a single handle.
  2. Kneel beside a flat bench with the cable in front of you.
  3. Drape your right forearm over the bench top with palm facing up.
  4. Grip the cable handle with your right hand and let your wrist hang off the bench.
  5. Brace your core.
  6. Lower your wrist by extending it down toward the floor.
  7. Curl the cable up by flexing your wrist.
  8. Squeeze your forearm at the top, then lower with control. Switch arms.
